Was able to get same day and get issue taken care of. TPS went off when I got home but I just added a bit more air to each tire and was good to goEverything was smooth and easy. Thanks for the help and getting me safely back on the road

Nelson is awesome, very personable, so positive and upbeat. Excellent estimate on how long it would take. Someone doing an excellent job of making it a great place to work because it is obvious Nelson loves his job

Quick and good quality as always! I’ve yet to visit on a day that wasn’t busy, and it’s still always quick!

Nelson greeted me and escorted me to the waiting area where he pointed out the available amenities. He updated me twice while I was waiting. He wrote ‘Battery Warranty-keep in car’ on the outside of an envelope. I was very appreciative for his efforts to make sure I was aware.

Nelson, hands down, is the best advisor. He takes time to explain to me what each different service code means. He helps me look through my service history to understand when each one has to be done. He is very patient and knowledgeable. As a woman, I am not very comfortable with cars, but I have always felt confident that he is honest. I can’t say that I have always felt that way with other representatives at Hare Honda.
