The gentleman that checked me in and out was wonderful…, very kind and informative.

I really like the detailed text to me about my service, some of the pictures could have been in better focus.My major problem was when I went in to pick up my truck after it was completed, I walked in where the service advisors were, their were about 4 or 5 folks in there, a couple of them were helping customers, but not 1 of them said a word to me for 15/20 minutes. Then finally as 1 guy was going out to a car to get information he said someone will be with me soon.When a customer comes in to pickup their car or schedule service someone should acknowledge them within a minute, just let them know someone has seen them and they know they’re there.Thank you for the opportunity to let you folks know.
