The service department is always great. But there was an issue I was asked to authorize with no price attached. I declined this, only to find out later it was a warranty issue. That was not conveyed in the correspondence. I then scheduled a second visit to get that taken care of. A bit more clarity would be appreciated next time. Other that that, you do a great job.

A1 oil and tire rotatedThe only concern is that the tire pressure was different in each tire after the service. I don’t know what the pressure was prior to service but I think they should have been checked and air added where needed to make them the same and to match the required amount.

First, Nelson, the service consultant is a top notch professional! He explained everything that needed to be done during my service visit. Second, the waiting area is a nice area to hang out in with good amenities. Third, the service my car received was great!

All good. I appreciate the straight forward advice for service… without any high pressure sales pitch to get it done.
