Great customer service!

We had an appointment to bring the car in at 7:30 am on Monday. I called the office toward the end of the day and they said someone would call me back. They never did. We were told an inspection was going to be done that day (Monday) and yet nothing was done. We called on Tuesday and asked about the inspection but it was not even started. Why did we bring the car in on Monday morning if they weren't even going to do the inspection. I DID get a text on Monday from Hare Honda indicating that my car was in high demand and they wanted to purchase it. I thought that was a bad look on your part as it looks like you just want me to buy another car when you cannot even take care of the one I'm having serviced at your facility. We've also had an ongoing problem with the camera system. It was faulty and replaced early on when we bought the vehicle and then the same thing happened. I've now had it reset by the Hare team on at least two occasions and was told I need to pay $1800 for a new camera. The camera has never worked properly since I bought the car. I think this is your issue and not mine. Overall, this was a VERY poor experience from everyone we dealt with on your team. I would be happy to talk to someone about this. My name is Roger Shuman.

Was provided a loaner car which i really needed. Very quick and everyone was helpful. Got a text asking if I wanted to sell my car. Someone said they would get back to me but never did. I was thinking about getting a new car if the price was right
