It was good! The desk guy, Steve, was really nice and helpful. The only downside was the long wait.

Everyone was very nice. Service took longer than what was estimated when I made the appointment. It all worked out though.

Great experience

I stopped in to pay for the services completed on my Pilot. Everyone was friendly and got me taken care of quickly. I paid for the services to my vehicle, the individual cashing me out was friendly and efficient. He explained my vehicle would be parked around back for me to pick up at a later time when I was able to return with my wife to pick it up. The process of having recall work completed, as well as other services needed, was completed as described, simplifying the process to keep my vehicle in excellent condition.

Nelson was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to make the best of what could have been a VERY time consuming day for me. He totally deserves a raise :)

I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Patrick verified why I was bringing the car in and had me on my way within just a few minutes.

Battery issues. Battery was replaced, everything is working fine.

I didn't have an appointment, but they made room for me to get my tire repaired.
