Easy to get appointment. Hare either overbooks or is very slow. The last two times, my car was there a long time, given pre- set appointment. Little communication on progress of repair. Rep offered discount related to coupon - which I appreciated!

Had an oil change, alignment, brake fluid and transmission fluid replacement. All 4 were quoted in writing, did the math in my head, came up with a rough total. When I paid the bill it seemed a little high. Sure enough there was a “shop supplies” charge of $36. Am I paying for donuts, toilet paper, lunch for the staff? That’s nearly 10% of my actual bill. If you need to charge me for incidentals include it in the quote. I won’t be back.
