Have always had good service experiences at Hare. This time my car was in shop for 7 hours before I heard from rep and I initiated that. Picked up car 2 days later and everything looks and works fine

My experience did not go very well at first. The original service advisor wasn’t very informative as to why it was taking so long with my vehicle. That service advisor was out of the office and so Trevor took over the account for him. Trevor was very informative and very helpful with my situation. Trevor was able to get me a loaner vehicle to use for my commute back and forth to work. I will be requesting Trevor as my service advisor for future visits. Trevor is a great asset to your team.
