Had a 9 AM appointment, car didn’t make it into the shop until after 10. I waited another 2+ hours on a simple oil change and tire rotation. I suspect the problem was they kept trying to upsale me on services unrelated to my appointment. Man I hate this place, but they’re just too close to the house. Hard to justify going to Bloomington for an oil change.
