My tech Justin was very professional and helpful. I took my car in for an oil change only to find out I needed other costly work done. Justin called the company I have an extended warranty with and was able to get some of the work covered. He also helped me out with a discount. Without it I would have to wait to have some repairs done at another time due to money constraints. I know I can always get a timely appointment scheduled at Hare and not have to wait a week or more to get in .My car was fixed fast and I was able to afford all the recommended repairs.

I had to have my car towed to your service area due to damage to my fuel tank. I currently live between indiana and Illinois and working in Illinois. I needed to get back to work asap. Your staff was helpful. Patrick was my service advisor and was awesome. Responded quickly and got it taken care of as son as he could. I really appreciate it. Thank you to everyone especially Patrick. 😊
