I told the technician that I was on a time schedule if possible I had an about an hour. It took an hour & my car was done. I appreciated him keeping my schedule.

My car was left outside on a flat after taking a nail out. I was then sent a 2nd email for a request to do a service which was the same thing a nail. It took 2 inspections to check a tire which is unnecessary. It should have been caught during the first inspection. And why take the nail out of the tire if you don’t know how to patch a tire. It sounds like they were just trying to upsell me an expensive tire. Instead of offering to fill up my tire so o could make it to the tire shop I was offered nothing. After spending $75 at hare I the had to spend another $30 at the tire shop which they WERE able to patch my tire. The techs should know how to patch them. Or if they don’t know how it see that it’s not patch able don’t take out the damn nail.

I really think there should be a better system for managing appointments. When I arrive, I should be checked in using the details from the appointment I scheduled, instead of wasting time answering questions and going through the whole manual check-in process. I was there for a fuel pump recall and was contacted prior to my appointment about preparation, however, I wasn't properly notified about emptying the trunk of my car. I was only informed the back seat needed to be cleared. Fortunately, the technicians were still able to complete the service but they piled all of the contents of my trunk in my front seat, and when my car was returned to me, all of that stuff had not been returned to the trunk. Additionally, I was told my car would need to be at the dealership all day and my appointment was changed from 2pm to 9am. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was informed on the call that one would be available for me. However, when I arrived, there were initially questions about its availability. Lastly, despite my vehicle needing to be there all day, it was in fact complete within two hours and my appointment time did not need to change. I understand the precaution but it is really inconvenient to move things around if they didn't need to be.
