1. In prove the quality of your help do better vetting of the people you let work for you2. Demand that tenants take responsibility for the immediate outside as well as the inside of the building3. you have an infestation of nasty living people they throw trash everywhere making a place that for the most part looks good, looking like a Pigsty. It's, sad again management is doing its best to make this place decent but is too weak or too concerned about Revenue then to remove those that not taking care of this place4. Theres an old say in the black community "all money isn't good money"5. STOP playing put your foot down6. Me and my family will be moving out we have lived here for lest then 90 days and have nothing but trouble/problems7. Unstable management this place seems unable to keep quality people in place. in a period 120 days we have had to deal with 3 different so-called managers. and after talking with 3# She said she will not be able to be here long because of the distance she has to travel which is very understandable the price of gas today can be a big factor8. If you are not wise enough to take care of and protect those families that are quiet, clean, and respectful of where they live and those, they live with then GOOD LUCK. From a business point of view strong leadership is never liked but always welcome.9. 10. 11. I love the neighborhood peace and quiet good maintenance staff good office staff granted it’s a 1986 apartment complex apartments are spacious if you like it old school move here better than the cookie cutter el cheap o million dollar a month apartment up the street
