Better onboarding process for those who's new staff days are the end of the month. Additionally, PP tutorials (which could be handed to new employees) from corporate dedicated to clinical staff entering their roles, with specifics for completing internal documentation on the HCS is very important. There are specifics which corporate wants completed but there was no formalized training for these things.The outpatient program would benefit from being unlocked facility.

The leadership presumes a great deal. They should get on the unit and really see what happens.Care more about the patients than the profits.Listen, really listen to the employees, not just pay lip service to them.Train the MHT/Nursing staff--especially on the weekends. It's truly like the inmates run the asylum.The MHT's suck. I mean really suck. It''s sad when you can count on one hand the people who are good on the unit.There is absolutely no series of procedure in any clinical department. You're just shamed and talked to with contempt and disgust. Why do you think that there is a flood of people leaving. It never ever changes.It's pretty awful.The break room is disgusting. I've never worked at place that the breakroom is a shambles, and I have a worked at a lot of hospitals.It's pretty sad when people have to go to their car to eat lunch.everyone is clueless. Nursing is responsible for this, then the MHT's but when you go for report, no one has any clue.No one ever has any clue.Intake sucks. It's really bad. Errors every day. I counted 6 errors the other day.
