Communication, a lot of things get lost along the train of communication maybe have monthly or bi monthly meetings about new things

The company could improve more granting more vacation/sick time off, including adding more Holidays for workers to improve retention. The hospital strives to be culturally diverse, but does not give Martin Luther King day, Veterans Day or Juneteenth. Furthermore, the hospital could improve on better health insurance.

Trainings. We need more training for all clinical and nursing staff.

Respectful communication, less reactive decisions, listening to employees

An online learning system. This would eliminate paper as well as provide better use of time and resources.

HBM does not hold staff accountable for blatant mistakes and constant laziness. It seems they "threaten" with consequence but never follow through. More accountability is needed.

Communication that is more frequent, open and honest.More thorough thought process behind making changes to programming, policies and procedures, as well as asking people who work in those areas what they think is best instead of always doing what corporate wants to do.
