Staffing

1.Enough staffing especially in 2B and GB2.A higher pay for staff working in GB3.If a staff has to be canceled, it should be done in good time, not when someone is ready to come, or on the way, sometimes at parking.. because discharge is not done at night, so why wait till morning or last minute to cancel someone.4. Improve the current wheelchairs and walking esp in GA5. Make some showers friendly for assisted shower, esp in GA

I would be grateful if they change the rrgular comb into hairbrush because some of thr patient have long hair.

Listening to staff and their concerns and also have the right punishment for staffs bad behavior. Also communicating with staff when they have concerns/problems and answering to staffs emails when they have concerns. Certain staff are protected and favorited and the correct things are not done when staff verbally and mentally hurt other staff and also trigger other staff to have reactions and get away with treating staff that way

More help on units

Better compensation especially to MHTs

Include MTHs in treatment meetings or at least what we have to say as we are the ones that interact with the patients on a daily basis. Treat MHTs better we are always the fall guys if anything goes wrong on the unit. Better protection for staff. MHTs and nurses are being attacked clearly the CPI training we're using isn't enough to keep staff safe until more staff or the chair arrives. Have MHTs work on the units they want to work on it's not always possible and yes everyone has to float but putting people where they're happy makes a difference. Also treat housekeeping better they work hard and there's only two of them on the weekends that clean the entire hospital. Outside area is worse than jail the patients can't see outside or touch grass. The kids can't play and the adults can't do anything do to there being only 1 basketball court if it's in use

Compensation

Recognize staff that are really making a difference
