Just more structural

1. We need more donations for the patients that do not come with clothes2. I think the favoritism needs to be limited, it is obvious who is in favor hereMHTs safety concerns about patients are discarded sometimes because we aren’t apart of the clinical team but I think our concerns should be taken just as serious

Scheduling should improve, some staff don’t have the strength to perform in some floors and that should be taking into considerationPatients need more activities to distract them throughout the day , staff should not provoke some of these patients . We need someone new for belongings, they always loss patient’s belongings.
