I believe that professionalism and fairness should be upheld at all levels of the workplace. It has become noticeable that some individuals are being shown favoritism by higher-ups, which can create a toxic work environment and affect team morale. Additionally, some supervisors and managers are not consistently demonstrating professional behavior. Promoting accountability and equal treatment for all staff would greatly improve the work culture and overall facility operations.

We need music piped into the administrative area. Something quiet but not "elevator music". It can get too quiet.Supplies need to be kept in a better location that all employees can have access to.

Make it clear to all what your department's functions are, so there is no conflict with work assignments. It appears that a power struggle is underway, with unclear responsibilities.I feel that my department is often overlooked. The current placement does not provide a conducive environment for quiet work; we are frequently distracted by the sound of slamming doors, conversations, and loud music from nearby activities. Additionally, we could rearrange our workspace so that multiple people are not working closely together. We also lack important resources that are not available to us. When we ask for these issues to be addressed, we are typically told no. The chairs we have to sit in for eight or more hours are horrible, and we all have back support issues.

Workload is increasing while staffing remains the same, posing some serious safety concerns.
