HBM does not hold staff accountable for blatant mistakes and constant laziness. It seems they "threaten" with consequence but never follow through. More accountability is needed.

Follow through in career development, job requirement and disciplinary action when needed is a must. People need to be respectful of each other, our supervisors, our patients and the job that they are doing. People need to take ownership and responsibility for their jobs, do their jobs and grow. We are all part of a team. Do it correctly, with respect and pride or move on!On the flip side, words of encouragement, spot bonus for a job well done, just more recognition would be a great encouragement to stay at HBM and continue to want to grow.
