Elijah the associate on Saturday was absolutely wonderful. He took his time. I just had a problem with the kitchens. But overall everything was ok. I thank you all.

The manager was more concerned about my tone and the fact that I was "yelling", which I wasn't while she continously cut me off and brushed off my issue with the fact that my 5 children under 12 are in a 95 (which was 106) degree house and my 6 year old has asthma, which we were told was going to be fixed last week. Issue started thursday and is still yet to be fixed on Monday.

I submitted the request on Saturday the 20th, and as of today, Tuesday the 23rd, no one has come to check the A/C. With the heat being so intense, someone who doesn't even work at the complex had to tell me to check the circuit breakers—and that’s how I finally got the A/C running. I’m not in maintenance, and I don't know anything about air conditioning systems. It’s incredible that nearly three days have passed with no one showing up; the office told me to submit the request as an emergency, so I did, yet still, no one came.

Management and maintenance people are rude and very unprofessional.

Answer the questions that people have over the phone and do the things you guys said you were gonna be before we show up
