The dentist I was with was very knowledgeable and polite. He made me feel very comforted and heard.

Good experience, only complaint would be that insurance wasn’t verified prior to my arrival. So I left not knowing if insurance is gonna cover, I may or may not receive a bill from you guys in the mail. Was a bit strange that Gloria said she was able to contact my insurance company but wasn’t able to verify if your office was in network. So ultimately I didn’t move forward with scheduling for future treatment or for a new patient appointment for my husband because these things weren’t verified prior to my appointment even though I did provide my information online.

Went in to get a tooth pulled. Everyone of the staff was professional and polite. They even had a sense of humor that put me at ease. I really appreciated Dr. Joe and Laura. Thank you for getting me to relax in a stressful time.

Staff was very helpful and very nice. Was a very enjoyable practice to come to as a first time patient.

When I entered the waiting room I saw a welcoming area that immediately made me more comfortable coming to the dentist. The young lady at the front desk, then Laura, Lian and Gloria all competent and caring, making me feel so glad that I came here today. Now I know why my family in Connecticut has been coming here for over twenty years!
