Hoping for loaner vehicles when experiencing longer wait times on getting vehicle back. My vehicle was there for 3 weeks for difference reason. Multiple factors contributed waiting on vehicle to be finished. Unexpected when rats chewed my wiring leading up to insurance claim, ice storm and waiting on check for claim to get my car out. Other than that great service as always. Wishing for loaner vehicle during times like that. Thanks
