I appreciate the assistance, I received from Juan when I called your dealership. He was knowledgeable and professional in helping me out. When I received the recall notice about my radio I had called the closest Mitsubishi dealership near me. The gentleman there had an I don’t care attitude, it suck’s when you can hear the attitude through a phone call. His response encouraged me to go to a different dealership for help. Once again, THANK YOU Juan for caring and professionalism!Everyone was professional and pleasant.
