-I bought my car from Charles Hurst Boucher Road about 4 weeks ago from Shannon Cochrane.-Shannon has been great.-Otherwise, I've had an awful experience and I am currently without a working vehicle with an engine fault light on. I urgently need this addressed as I live alone and I don't have access to another car. I'm a full-time teacher and I need to get to work. I took out an extended warranty but yet I'm being told I have to pay £175 for diagnostics for a car I was told was in full working order 4 weeks ago!-Aside from this, I haven't been able to tax or MOT the vehicle and I have no log book due to the worst handover of a car I've ever experienced. It was Shannon's male colleague who did the handover. He simply handed over the keys, a form, a cheque (with no explanation) and walked away. I actually had to chase him to ask where the car was. This has resulted in so many problems over the last few weeks I would need to explain them in person. The car now has no log book, no tax, the MOT has expired, and therefore my insurance is invalid. And I have tried desperately to sort all of it. And yesterday, the vehicle developed this fault and seems to be in some limp mode.

I respectfully request that Lookers/Charles Hurst provide me with what Disability Discrimination policy exists within the company to protect and support current employees. Thank you.
