This is the second time I've asked for the tires to be rotated and it was done incorrectly. Either the technician is too lazy to do it right, doesn't know the proper way, or has been instructed wrongly.Now I'm going to have to go to an independent tire shop next week have them do the rotation properly.I wish there was another Hyundai service shop I could use.

I gave a two star rating because they actually did the oil change and the update it needed and so far my car is still running really good. I would have given them an F in customer service. The whole thing was bad from the start. Why did you have us make appointments when you had no intention of keeping the appointment. I wasn’t the only customer that felt this way. My appointment was set for 1145 am. I wasn’t even checked in until 1215pm, so right from the start I wasn’t going to get my car back in 45 min as promised. Then after two and a half hours I get my car back because I saw someone drive it into the parking lot and leave it. I had to go find my key so I could leave. Then I get in my vehicle and yes the oil was changed but they didn’t wipe it down, no vacuuming the floor , nothing and it cost me $94. I can go to jiffy lubeand pay less and get my vehicle vacuumed and the windshield cleaned. Not a good experience.
