Service personnel were very pleasant. My car was there for the 16000 mile maintenance but today I received an email saying there were things that needed attention. WHY WAS THAT TAKEN CARE OF WHILE I WAS THERE?

My vehicle died on the road and we had it towed to the Hyundai dealership. As soon as the car arrived at the dealership, Dustin Yinger, our service manager took over and had it brought into the service area to estimate the cost and reason for the breakdown. He called us within an hour and we agreed to have it done. It was done before the end of the day and we couldn't ask for better service. We really appreciated his great job of handling the situation and since the car was fixed within hours, my husband did not loose any time from work. Thank you Larry Hyundai and Dustin! Great job.
