I would have appreciated more input on using the VidyoConnect app. I was scheduled for an 8 AM appointment and when I had not been contacted by 8:10 I started to phone the doctor's office. Just about then Dr. Belyansky appeared on the screen.

it was several weeks after I was referred before I heard from Surgical Associates. Then when I was called, two calls were dropped and no one called back. I eventually called and made appointment.
