I felt very good about the conversation the doctor and I had about my medical condition, and I'm confident of my upcoming surgery with Dr. Belyansky. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very professional, friendly and kind. Not only did he answer all questions, he also took the time to fully explain his answers in a way that was easy to understand. To me, that was very helpful and reassuring. The PA I saw and his scheduling nurse were top notch also.

I had to call Dr. Belyanskis office after my surgery due to internal bleeding.It was on a thurs, then on friday...saturday night after no return calls, my back, kidney area were bright blue from internal bleeding, I had no choice but to go to Dover De. emergency room.On monday, I finally got a return call, and appoint. for tuesday, at which time I was told by the Dr., and his ' fellow'.. that they had NEVER RECIEVED ANY MESSAGE THAT I HAD CALLED. please note, I was able to show them on MY phone, 14 calls....fourteen calls, and they were NEVER told. My issue turned out ok, but when I attempted to nicely enquire at reception desk as to why dr was never told of calls, I got a LECTURE about how busy they are, and how many people call them....my surgery was oct. 10th, my trouble was after that, I spoke at length to Dr. Belyanski about it. I still feel outraged that the person involved still has a job...I could have died, and she could not have cared less
