Overall this provider provided excellent service. My only complaint is that it required several phone calls to retrieve my medical records which I gave to the doctor's office prior to to my operation over a year ago. During previous visits or when I called it appeared that no one in the office could locate the records. During my most recent visit they were able to locate the records.
