Dr. Belyansky is an amazing physician who listens to his patients and truly cares about their well-being and his impact on their health. I am so happy that I found him for my 2nd hernia repair and only wish that I had found him for the 1st one since then I would not have needed 2 surgeries.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Bylansky's office. First of all, I waited a total of 45 minutes inside the room, waiting for the doctor to see me. After 25 minutes, I went outside to find out how much longer I had to wait, and a minute later a Physician's Asst. came in and spoke with me for a few minutes. After she left, I waited 20 more minutes without anyone coming to check up on me or explain the delay. I went outside again to find out how much longer I had to wait, and a few minutes later, Dr. Bylansky came in, obviously in a hurry, and questioning why I was there when I had had the surgery only two weeks ago. He looked somewhat stressed and it didn't give me the impression that he had ready my chart. He said it was a very busy day with a lot of patients to see. After a short time in the room, briefly looking at the surgery spot in my lower abdomen, he said to come back to see him in six months. I must say that, unlike my experience when I had the surgery on Sept. 22nd., I was not pleased at all with my encounter with Dr. Bylansky. I went outside to the reception area and told one of the ladies there- Beatrice, that I needed to make an appointment in six months. She didn't say a word and stared at me for a few seconds. When I repeated that I needed an appointment, her response was: 'Yes, well, I'm waiting for you to give me your name'. I must say that I was appalled, but did not say a word - just gave her my name, and got the appointment for six months, which to tell you the truth, I'm having second thoughts about going back to that office.

The provider was open to questions and very helpful in providing advanced information on details of the process via the Pre-Operative Clearance Instructions and the Preparing for your Surgery.
