IL Palazzo is a pretty chill, laid-back, apartment community in a great location; however, it's pretty boring and does not have the amenities that other apartments in the community have. Rent is to high for what is offered.

Extremely persistent noise from upstairs neighbors, when brought up to staff we were accused of “constantly banging on the ceiling”. It was an immediate escalation that made me uncomfortable to bring up the fact that the noise has not stopped since we moved in. Constant noise from 7AM-12AM, cannot wait to move out.

Nathalie was very kind and showed us everything in the building and went over all the details leaving us with very few questions to ask
