My Imagix patient charts have been screwed up for years. No one has been able able to resolve the duplicates and it causes confusion every time. There needs to be someone with knowledge to manage the software.

I arrived at 9:25 for a 9:30 appointment. I was told to wait in the waiting area, and someone would get me shortly. At 9:50 I inquired about the delay. I was told that late arrivals in the morning had caused a significant delay. That should have been communicated upon arrival. This is the second significant delay (>30 minutes) in the last four visits. I will not be returning.

Everything went well. Dr. Kim is very good and caring

1. 1.5 hour waiting time is not excepted.2. I came for new dentures only, not for enything else didn't get it.3. I was reffered to a another denture provider..That is not an honest approach and not proffesional.

i was on time for my 2:30 dental cleaning. I left at 4:30. That seems like a long time.
