The staff and dentist provided excellent customer service. I appreciate that the dentist took care in trying to determine a diagnosis of my tooth issue.

Highly inflated charge for what service I revived. I would not ever recommend. Charged over 900 dollars for less that 20 minutes of service. Have spoken to dental office who recommend then and they felt the same highly inflated !!!

Late to be brought to my appointment by about 20 minutes. Never met with the dentist because I spent 30 minutes waiting post cleaning and as crazy as it is, people who aren’t dentists also schedules to keep to.

Dental hygienist was very unprofessional. Nobody informed what’s going to happen during the visit. Staff just disappeared one by one without telling me that my visit was over. I just kept sitting there waiting for someone. I wasn’t informed beforehand that there’s going to be 700$+ for deep cleaning. If I had known that prior to my appointment, I would have canceled it instead of wasting my time.
