Late to be brought to my appointment by about 20 minutes. Never met with the dentist because I spent 30 minutes waiting post cleaning and as crazy as it is, people who aren’t dentists also schedules to keep to.

Dental hygienist was very unprofessional. Nobody informed what’s going to happen during the visit. Staff just disappeared one by one without telling me that my visit was over. I just kept sitting there waiting for someone. I wasn’t informed beforehand that there’s going to be 700$+ for deep cleaning. If I had known that prior to my appointment, I would have canceled it instead of wasting my time.

Waited for 1 hour 15 mins for my appointment

I found the staff and Dr. Kang very rude

I am always impressed with the services I received today. I also noticed that the assistance that waited on me was new. She tried very hard to get my exray done correctly. I always try to be patient with new people and understand they are in the learning process.

I had a doctors appointment at 2 pm.The cleaning was scheduled for 3 pm.What that meant was I was twiddling my thumbs for an hour while I watched patients come and leave while I was waiting my turn !It took me close to two hours. There was no need to have that long a wait between the two appointments

Had a 10:30am appointment. Again, was over 10 minutes before I was called back. Seems to be a theme. Waited longer for the dentist to inspect my teeth than the cleaning. There needs to be more consideration for their patients time.
