Receptionist/Hygienist/Dentist were all super kind!! The Xray tech (and first impression) not so much. She asked me a number of questions & answered “interesting “ to all of them. She just seemed annoyed and I came very close to leaving ☹️.

I made an appt specically to get my partial repaired. Made it clear on the appt. Allowed them take xrays and the dentist refused to help saying I need to pay 2000 and something to have a lot of work done. She tried to be tricky saying it would affect my partial. She didnt even look at it and how are my bottom teeth gonna prevent hender the repair. Its my teeth and my insurance. I feel scammed and helpless actually. This is a money grab and I'm debating reporting to my insurance. I was a brand new patient not to mention they left me in waiting room for an hour
