I made an appt specically to get my partial repaired. Made it clear on the appt. Allowed them take xrays and the dentist refused to help saying I need to pay 2000 and something to have a lot of work done. She tried to be tricky saying it would affect my partial. She didnt even look at it and how are my bottom teeth gonna prevent hender the repair. Its my teeth and my insurance. I feel scammed and helpless actually. This is a money grab and I'm debating reporting to my insurance. I was a brand new patient not to mention they left me in waiting room for an hour

All staff, from check in to check out, were very pleasant, professional, smiling and helpful. Dr Young introduced herself with a big smile on her face, was very professional and made me feel confident I had made the right choice as my dental partner.

Everyone was kind, but I think some practices were odd. I was expecting to receive a cleaning during my appointment. I think it’s odd that I’m able to have my cavities filled before I can come back for a cleaning. I would’ve liked to know that before my appointment, because I likely would’ve booked elsewhere.

I’ve never been treated with such professionalism until my appointment with Ms. Rachel. She checked my blood pressure, my throat glands and thyroid. She explained the procedure before and throughout. She gave me tips on proper teeth healthcare. I was completely blown away with the level of thoroughness knowledge and professionalism. I was grateful for the experience and hope I get her next time I visit she is truly an asset to Imagix. I pray that all of the hygienist’s use her as a model.

I feel a little uneasy about having five fillings at once since I take great care of my teeth and have never had more than one or two cavities at a time. Also, another medical professional pointed out to me that it was odd I was not shown X-Rays of my cavities. It makes me wonder if the fillings were necessary or if they were done solely to generate revenue.

I got two fillings in between two teeth on the left side of my mouth. When I was told to bite the bite felt high and the dentist told me that what I was feeling was the anesthesia and that after it wore off the bite would feel normal. It's been over a day after that but the bite still feels higher than it should.
