Terrible experience! I was shown one amount that I agreed to, but then charged an additional amount without being told when paying. I called to ask why and was told it was from the EOB - this makes no sense.I should be told upfront what my responsibility is before treatment so I can make decisions financially that I agree too!!!Disgusted with how this was handled!!!!

Collection warning letter with statement date of 1/15/26 received my mail 2/25/26. I received a collection phone call 2/17/26. This was insurance rejection of $100. Never saw an email notice. I paid a couple hundred dollars at the time of service. Not happy with aggressive collections. I was told I must have throw away mail notice but found it had not been mailed yet. I appreciate my dentist services but not debt collecting on error of insurance coverage

Dr. Josh has been my wife’s dentist for many years. He is extremely professional and always takes the time to clarify every doubt she has.We appreciate it.Ms.Tiffany deserves special recognition. Two weeks ago I had a root canal. I left with a temporary cap and was told to come back the following week for the permanent cap. I was told that I was paid up and would not owe anything when I came in for the permanent cap. Upon arrival I was told that I had an $87.00 balance due before the permanent cap could be installed. ☹️
