Received great customer service from the entire staff. The dentist was very detailed about all that needed to be done and his bedside mannerism was phenomenal.

I couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with all aspects of Imagix! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a super friendly face to the moment I walked back through the doors with my prescription and treatment finished I kept thinking to myself that Imagix is the way all dental offices and services should be. I was a first-timer at this office and overall I'm a little anxious when going to the dentist. However, from the point where the person greeted me kindly and talked with me patiently my anxiety started to dissipate. The person that greeted me practiced active listening where she made eye contact and listen to me speak and reaffirmed what I was saying. To me a person who is able to practice active listening is a person who sets the tone for a whole experience. Following that technicians and the doctor we're incredibly understanding, patient, and gentle. They explained everything that was going to happen well before it happened and took their time to make sure I understood what was going on. I never felt rushed, or uninformed, or defensive about anything that they had to explain to me. I would absolutely 100% suggest anyone to go here.

The cleaning done was minimal , the team going back & forth on the action plan . For everything they seem to send us outside. They seem to be interestedonly in doing the xrays

Terrible. They are going to stop accepting my insurance in 2 weeks and they never told me before my appointment. Then they wanted to charge me $1,000 to fix a tooth they claim was infected.

Staff was very friendly but service offered were very misleading. Went in for routine cleaning and was charged for everything extra. They took advantage of the situation since being new to the office.

My experience at the office was great. I didn't have a great experience at my last dentist, which caused me to spend years without care. They took care of me without judgement and explained everything that was happening and about my treatment plan. The while team was very professional and pleasant.
