I was impressed by the friendly vibes upon entering that lasted with each person throughout the visit. I was impressed with the X-ray equipment room and Jeremy the technician, a compassionate person seeing to my comfort yet performing his work. Jennifer, the Periodontist, did the Charting. She was decisive in addition to overseeing the correctness of the Chart. Each person I encountered was very professional in their work. This gave me comfort as they listened and were knowledgeable in tracking my chart. Dr Levinson armed with X-rays and Periodontal Charting then gave me a thorough examination. He explained his findings, answered my questions in detail, impressing upon me the urgency of having the first phase completed ASAP. Nicolle, the financial person, need not be feared as she was efficient in preparation and planning for immediate, future visits and financials balanced with insurance coverage. Her manner offset the money and next appointment urgency issue.Imagix Dental of Suwanee is friendly from reception to financial, a well trained staff effectively efficient in their position to run this office in a most professional manner that is lacking in many offices in today’s world.

The techs were nice but this is another scam company for insurance recipients to pay for trays and then tell every patient they need a deep clean to charge them out of pocket what the insurance company will not do. This place is a scam. I just had a cleaning and boom all of sudden I need a deep cleaning in 2 months. No they are lying.

My experience started off rough. I arrived at my scheduled time, front desk failed to check me in until 30-45 mins afterThe back end had no clue and went to go see what was going on. That’s was the only issue. Everything else was great just need a prompt and efficient front end

Tiffany is the best dental hygienist Imagix has ever employed. Which is saying a lot because I’ve been going for many years!

Terrible experience! I was shown one amount that I agreed to, but then charged an additional amount without being told when paying. I called to ask why and was told it was from the EOB - this makes no sense.I should be told upfront what my responsibility is before treatment so I can make decisions financially that I agree too!!!Disgusted with how this was handled!!!!

Collection warning letter with statement date of 1/15/26 received my mail 2/25/26. I received a collection phone call 2/17/26. This was insurance rejection of $100. Never saw an email notice. I paid a couple hundred dollars at the time of service. Not happy with aggressive collections. I was told I must have throw away mail notice but found it had not been mailed yet. I appreciate my dentist services but not debt collecting on error of insurance coverage

Dr. Josh has been my wife’s dentist for many years. He is extremely professional and always takes the time to clarify every doubt she has.We appreciate it.Ms.Tiffany deserves special recognition. Two weeks ago I had a root canal. I left with a temporary cap and was told to come back the following week for the permanent cap. I was told that I was paid up and would not owe anything when I came in for the permanent cap. Upon arrival I was told that I had an $87.00 balance due before the permanent cap could be installed. ☹️
