The dental clinic is clean. The dentist and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

this made me feel so comfortable. I was so surprised it was very clean. The staff are amazing all of them from front to center to end. I am so happy that I found this Dentist and look forward to seeing them in the future for all of my work that is needed.

I had a terrible experience, very much like the reviews online. The front desk lady was so friendly and kind. The same goes for Jeremey, the x-ray tech. Once we got back to the room, I was informed about a deep cleaning (everyone online said the same thing). The doctor was so unprofessional, looked un-kept and didn’t even mention my teeth, I had to ask. I left, did not reschedule for a cleaning.

My son is on the spectrum & they all were very nice & consider of his needs. He had a positive experience & only had 2 cavities...big difference compared to previous dentist ind he had a few more than that, with a $2000 est of cost. We were very lucky a friend knew they take medicaid, so we switched & it won't cost anything for the fillings needed.

I couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with all aspects of Imagix! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a super friendly face to the moment I walked back through the doors with my prescription and treatment finished I kept thinking to myself that Imagix is the way all dental offices and services should be. I was a first-timer at this office and overall I'm a little anxious when going to the dentist. However, from the point where the person greeted me kindly and talked with me patiently my anxiety started to dissipate. The person that greeted me practiced active listening where she made eye contact and listen to me speak and reaffirmed what I was saying. To me a person who is able to practice active listening is a person who sets the tone for a whole experience. Following that technicians and the doctor we're incredibly understanding, patient, and gentle. They explained everything that was going to happen well before it happened and took their time to make sure I understood what was going on. I never felt rushed, or uninformed, or defensive about anything that they had to explain to me. I would absolutely 100% suggest anyone to go here.
