The emphasis is on fitting in with their schedule not that of the customer.They seemed unaware of arrangements that had already been made with them. A starting problemrecurred a few days before the service but I was told they wouldn't have time to deal with that. When the problem first occurred they said they had never heard of this before which was odd because the AA found the solution on their computer.I also had problems as non of the extra insurance or service plan we had purchased had been registered. When I purchased the vehicle l found on collection that one of the tyre pressures was about 10 psi higher than recommendedand another about 10 psi below.

Car was collected, the work completed and the car returned the same day totally hassle free. I was telephoned and kept informed about progress and prior to the car's return.Prices was competitive too and I wasn't charged for so error code investigation that I requested and was reassured that the car was now problem free.I happily will use them again.

I felt fobbed off (again) about there not being a problem with the stop/start because the error light does not come on. This is despite the fact this 'feature' stopped working after about 6 months of taking delivery. Also reported at last service.

You damaged my car, returned it to me without declaring as such. Leaving it for me to spot and report the damage. After a week of unreturned phone calls and broken undertakings I had to make a personal appearance in the showroom in order to get arrangements committed to for redress.Badly done.The only positives I can find are that the damage was only minor body work dent and scratch and that you have not disputed your responsibility.
