Firstly you tried to charge me more over the phone than advertised on your website.The service took much longer than advisedThen my car was not valeted and the valeters had left when that became apparentI was told the car had an oil leak but no one was available to discuss that with me so I don't know how bad it isI am still waiting for your customer services department to call me to discuss the problemsVery, very poor!!

Whenever I need to hook my car in as it has no engine restarts in 300 miles, it's 4 weeks till it can be booked in with a courtesy car. I live 30 miles away.

Sales team were very good and l highly recommend them, however the after care on the front desk was poor and even when an email was sent to the GM he doesn't get back to you either.

The last service that I had completed was not upto your normal high standard.Firstly when booking, I was told there were not any appointments and that I could only bring the car in at certain times even though I was happy to leave it there all day, however once I went online I could book it as per normal.Once the car was serviced,I asked if the paperwork was in the car, and after driving away I noticed that I had nothing updated and no paperwork in the car. I had to make phone calls and emails in order to get a copy of the service.My car was also given back to me unclean, which as per the normal agreement this is normally cleaned inside and out. Due to time restrictions I couldn't return my car and then had to pay for it to be cleaned at another firm.Every other occasion has been brilliant, its such a shame that this last occasion was such a let down.

COMMUNICATION FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AWFUL. CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE NOT MUCH BETTER AFTER RECIEVING A TELEPHONE CALL FOR A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY AND EXPRESSING MY CONCERNS THE LADY I SPOKE TO SAID SHE WOULD PASS ON MY COMMENTS BUT COULDN'T GET OFF THE PHONE QUICK ENOUGH NEEDLES TO SAY NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME. MY CAR IS LESS THAN SIX MONTHS OLD AND HAS ALREADY BEEN IN TWICE FOR THE SAME FAULT IN ADDITION TO TWO RECALLS YET THE FAULT IS STILL EXACTLY THE SAME. SERVICE DEPARTMENT LETS THE DEALERSHIP DOWN.

The entire experience was shocking. Input, communications, the work performed and damage inflicted all a disgrace. The Hunters Chester experience is way of what is expected for a premium brand (intact any budget brand). I have contacted Hunters after the event which is equally as bad if not worse. They do not and have not got back to me regarding the event and what they intend to do to rectify the damage they caused to my car. Land Rover should be concerned about Hunters as they are damaging your brand and reputation.
