I was treated well and with courtesy by the team but despite having may car for over 2 weeks the noise problem was not resolved so had to book the car in again.

Was lied to told car had been test driven, it had not. Was told nothing wrong with car another dealer replaced parts to fix fault.

I was very impressed with the service and the kindness of the staff at Hunters, especially David Bennet who was just so professional but also made the whole process of buying a car so stress less.To have all the benefits that are offered when purchasing a second hand vehicle from Land Rover, was such a surprise and a bonus.I will definitely recommend Hunters Land Rover to anyone wishing to purchase a 4X4 and thank you once again.Kind regardsPaula Liddon

You need to find a way to improve the telephone answer service at the Service Desk. When you call and get put through, 90% of the time the staff are busy, the call isn't answered and it does not loop back to main reception for a message to be taken.
