Inchcape Toyota Derby Road Nottingham very unprofessional. I hope I have enough space!I visited the dealer in June to ask about the Toyota Auris Touring Sport.I went away to think about it and went back to place the order.Things that the salesman on the first visit were apparently incorrectwhen I went to place the order e.g. we were told there was 3 years free servicing which was worth �700, if we ordered the car by the end of June it was actually 2 years so we have no idea where this came from plucked out of think air by the sounds of it.Car was ordered and �500 deposit was paid, delivery date given was 6th July.Delivery date moved out to the 15th July, I went to sign paperwork on a few days before only to be told the car would not be delivered to the dealer until 19th July so I refused to sign the documents.I told sales lady that I was travelling on the 19th and 20th July so would not be able to collect until Saturday 22nd and that she should call and leave a message to confirm if the car had arrived on the 19th.No missed calls and no message left.Friday 21st as I'd not heard anything I called the dealer only to be told yes the car is here and it is in the diary for 10:00 collection on Saturday but no one thought to call me and apparently sales lady forgot!Later the same day I took a call from the Business Manager at the dealer stating we have the car, it has been cleaned and valeted but you cannot collect it until Monday 24th or Tuesday 25th.When I asked why I was told because someone had hit the back of it whilst it had been taken to the petrol station for fuel and it was in the maintenance workshop being repaired but I would not know it had been damaged as it would look like new WHAT!I put the phone down but phoned back later to ask for photo's of the thumb sized dent. It was more like a slender finger dent on the top edge of the bumper that had creased the bumper which would require heat treatment, filling and respraying.It looked more like it had been reversed into a post as there was no other visible impact damage you'd expect to see from another car hitting it!As I'd only paid �500 deposit I decided overnight that I would cancel the order.My deposit was refunded within 7 days and the contract was cancelled.I went to another dealer and got a better deal.The salesman spent much more time with us explaining everything.The paperwork took >30 minutes to go through (10 minutes max at Inchcape), we were offered additional things such as paint protection, chip and dent insurance, Asset Insurance (nothing mentioned at Inchcape).Still do not have my car but this dealer has managed my expectations by contacting me and by not offering a definite delivery date only to have it pushed out by non delivery of product from the factory.I will never order a car from or take my new car to Inchcape, Derby Road, Nottingham because of my personal experience.Whilst on one of my visits I witnessed other customers

All staff very friendly and helpful and service carried out satisfactorily,We are not very happy about the steering wheel lock. Our previous Yaris Hybrid had a much better, bigger lock when manoeuvring, now many more moves are required. Not very pleased with this detail of our Yaris.

You serviced my Yaris. However I am not sure why my back brakes were not looked at.My car is a mobility and is due to have a MOT done within the next 5 weeks.So I would have thought they would have been checked.
