Service sheets over the years keep stating that brake fluid should be changed every 2 years. So why wasn't I asked if I wanted it done ?

The people in the showroom are fantastic but the booking in by phone system is annoyingly complex.

All the focus seemed to be on "systems" and sending us a video of the underside of the car. NO ONE ADDRESSED THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE QUOTE DESPITE 5 FOLLOW UPS BY US until we personally got hold of the Service Manager; he did not ring us, we had to ring him to sort it.
