I’m moving in today but my original moving truck canceled this morning and I had to leave Brooklyn later than planned. I’ve been calling the leasing office with no real response outside of the virtual assistant that can’t give much information on the question if I’ll be able to get into the apartment with just the ButterflyMX app or do I need an actual physical key? I’m en route to the apartment at this time and would appreciate a call back please
