Transferred my medical care from Laura Orange to Jennifer. I had seen her one time in Quincy and now she will be my provider. She was very friendly and went through my chart to get familiar with my health conditions. She also asked if I had any questions or concerns, and we went over a few things I had questions about. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed. I would like to say that new chairs are needed in the patient's room, as the ones there are worn out. Maybe get ones like in the waiting room.

Appts were running at least 45 minutes behind schedule. 2 clients were taken in before me during my appointment time with same Dr. I understand things were running behind for some reason and I'm okay with that.
