I dropped my car off the night before had an appointment for 7am they received my car I called @730 it was checked in I followed up with what services I wanted to be done and was told it would be done later that day and that was totally fine but I was never contacted again after that with the status of my car i had to give them a call which was after 530 and that was close to closing time and was told that they will be closing In 10 minutes it was impossible for me to get there In that time frame my bill was 886$ and this was totally unacceptable and not only that next day was a holiday and was told that I would not be able to get my car until Monday morning I have been getting my car serviced there for almost 5years now and I did not appreciate it in no way the service advisor was Austin poor communication

Spent alot of money on repairs, the least could do was get the car cleaned

Appointment was on time. Issue with vehicle was well explained.

Work done quickly, I was able to get a loaner car which was helpful since I ended up needed more than an oil change. Also, the service team identified other issues which they corrected including replacing my battery.

First time visiting the service dept. (I have been a loyal toyota customer for many years; their service is horrible!) My experience here was top notch! That alone would make me stick with Infinity!! Thank you!

Service was handled timely and professionally. Communication was outstanding. I especially appreciated the video of the mechanic walk-through and explanation of his thoughts about the issues I brought the car in for.

Infiniti has been there for me once again. I had an issue with the battery where the car wouldn’t start or jump either. Infiniti was able tot provide me with a complementary towing truck my the house to the dealer on Tampa Bay. Mr. Austin was able to get the car running and operational within two hours. Thank you very very much to Austin and Infiniti
