Brent was amazing. Always takes care of me

I am sure the mechanics did a great job; however, I feel like I was taken advantage of. The diagnostic fee was more expensive than the repair. I was charged $570 for the mechanic to tighten a loose positive battery terminal, clear the DTCs, and test variable compression ratio system. I don’t understand why the diagnostic fee wasn’t rolled into the repair. I won’t be coming back.

This service dept is top notch. The entire staff is a well oiled machine. Greeted immediately and very efficient. Explains everything to you. Eddie was excellent, very professional and friendly. Always happy with the service there !

As always, I received the white glove treatment thanks to Brent and his professionalism, courtesy, and patience.I do have to say that your waiting area was not the usual clean smelling area, but rather a cigarette smell. I could tell the difference the minute I walked out into the tech area. It was much cleaner air. That’s the worst I’ve ever experienced there. Just wanted to let you know.
