Brent is amazing and the main reason I decided to have my Infiniti serviced at Tampa Infiniti. I live in Lakeland Florida and I purchased my Infiniti new in December 2024 from Daytona Infiniti. After purchasing my q50 I knew that I would need to have it serviced locally and my options were Tampa and Orlando. Previously I have owned several Lincoln’s and Cadillacs over the years and I always want to find a good service advisor. I’m one of those people that take it to the extreme that if I don’t get a good vibe from the service advisor, I will not go there for service . So after purchasing my car, I called Orlando and Tampa, and when I called Tampa, I happen to reach Brent. He was very kind in answering general questions that I had about my Infiniti and getting it serviced, etc. so when it was time for my first service, I knew that I wanted to see Brent and go to Tampa Infiniti. Upon reviewing the video that the mechanic sent me, I also greatly appreciated his thoroughness. From now on, I only want Brent as my advisor and the mechanic that did the service on my Infiniti. Even though I purchased my Infiniti new at Daytona Infiniti, after the wonderful experience of my advise Brent and the wonderful experience of the mechanic that serviced my car, I asked one of the sales people if I could have an Infiniti of Tampa license plate frame for my car. The experience was that impressive that I actually removed the Daytona Infiniti license plate frame and placed a Tampa Infiniti license plate frame on my car even though I purchased my car new from Daytona Infiniti. I just wanted to share how wonderful the experience was for my first service on my Infiniti. Please give a shout out to Brent and the mechanic that did the servicing of my car. Thank you, Lance Sirls

Infinity of Tampa always provides top notch care. My vehicle needed repairs that would require leaving it at the dealership. I was provided with a loaner promptly, which was great because there was no disruption to my busy schedule. I drive 40 minutes one way to bring my vehicle for any and all service needs.

My service advisor Mike was nothing short of amazing. I have owned Audis, BMWs and Lexus and he is by far the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He listens to my concerns without brushing me off and stayed in constant communication regarding the status of my repair. I was a little disappointed with my first visit at Infiniti with a different advisor but since I switched to Mike, he has put all my reservations about buying an Infiniti to rest. He is definitely an asset to the service department!

We did not have the best experience following the purchase of our vehicle and couldn't even get an email/call back (beyond them wanting their survey done) to discuss our concerns that still have not been addressed but thankfully our service experience was the exact opposite. Our advisor went above and beyond to service us and his communication was second to none. We got better customer service on a no cost service ticket than we did on the purchase of a $70k vehicle.

Horrible experience.. I still have the car on Mercedes of tampa. On service..so Far $10000 with help for a loyal Mercedes costumer.. every step is backwards. I just want to let Infinity of tampa that business is business but still the money to a Family is a big mistake. Make sure you sale an inspected car b4 hurt a costumer that never step on ur store.. time gone car is justa pice of metal.. good luck on ur business..Eric Julie just hide from me Anthony was the person Who face the problems….
