The guy ended up being nice but when I checked in for my oil change appointment at 5 pm he said no one called you? We usually have you drop off for late in the day appointments. It was just for an oil change I commented and then he made a call and got it done but just felt not welcome and awkward. I get people want to get out of time but maybe if those appointments aren’t available don’t book them. I was happy he still got it done.

I love working with Eddie Diaz. My 2 Uber drivers were not my favorite. One was sick and coughing into a towel and the other was playing music with explicit lyrics.

Eddie is absolutely fantastic—always helpful, professional, and goes above and beyond. He arranged a loaner vehicle for me during service, which gave me such a great experience that it actually prompted me to seriously consider purchasing a new vehicle. Truly excellent customer service!
