Exceptional service - courteous, prompt and very professional. BJ - our service advisor - handled all of our questions and kept us well informed during the day. He was also able to expedite an available loaner as we had our 2 cars in for service at the same time. Also the car was ready the time that was expected. It was a very pleasurable experience - this is our 7th Infiniti we have had in our family and do not plan to ever look elsewhere ! Keep up the quality exceptional service and high standard for Infiniti cars.
