My purchase experience this turn around was the most troubling and frustrating of all my 9 prior lease experiences. Each time I communicated with someone about my issues with my lease turn in - I was given different information. None of the information I received was concise or equivalent. I feel like I every person I reached handed me off to someone else without even truly getting to understand the problem to find a true solution Customer service was not present in this transaction. This was a complete sale for commission and then disconnect. I have had my new vehicle for 3 weeks with no manager to reach, return my call or email. I am still in possession of my old vehicle with a late and overdue payment because I have not received my payoff check. This has been the absolute most stressful, disappointing and most inhuman experience I have ever experienced. The only kind and genuine person was h th e man that delivered my vehicle.
