This is my second visit for service at Infiniti of Tampa. I had a great experience. The customer service was top-notch. Specifically, I really appreciated the time Austin Suarez spent going over the process up front, providing updates during the service to include choices I could make as the customer versus being told what to do, and reviewing the work done by the mechanic. Austin also took the time to walk with me out to my vehicle and have a personable conversation. I highly recommend the dealership and Austin Suarez to anyone looking for luxury vehicle options and excellent service.Thank you again Austin!

My experience was awesome as always. Eddie is amazing and knows how to take care of Infinity customers. He is very professional and explains everything clearly so that one can understand what is needed regarding maintenance and such.
