My car needed to be towed due to transmission problems - staff was aware with appointment made and they were able to provide a loaner since car could not bee fixed and we would be stranded with 1 hour drive needed to get back home. Jessie Alvarez was extremely helpful and kind in getting quick car diagnostic findings, obtaining loaner late afternoon and facilitating options for repair versus trade in as this was no an anticipated problem. Austin Suarez also assisted re cost options and lack of available parts the next day after we found out high $$$ cost for repairs. We had to hold repair in order to review options for brand new vehicle before we could decide on best option. The Assistant Service Managers were very patient and understanding. We have been an Infiniti family since 2008 - this new purchase on 1/31/2024 was our 7th Infiniti car purchase in our family with last purchase almost 2 years ago. We continue to come back due to excellent customer service and solid reputation!

Great friendly serviceReceived 20th Birthday invite on our G35. Wash and inside cleaning. We had an oil change and inspection. Disappointed No time for inside cleaning which was one of the reasons for visit… otherwise a 5 star rating.

From pulling into the garage (Person receiving my vehicle) was Excellent, working with Advisor Mr. Eddie (Excellent), to Geo (American Windshield Professionals) was extremely nice and professional. My visit was the BEST one yet. The General Manager, Brett is always welcoming and making me feel at ease.

Fast and Reliable. I had to change out my Run Flat tire as it was completely bald and lose air. No issues with having the part in stock and had service completed in 30 minutes or less. Amazing service!!!
