Eddie was great and was able to get me a loaner, which was important to me.The loaner situation has become increasingly difficult and is my only complaint about the Infiniti service department. It would make me less likely to buy/lease an infiniti in the future. Please add more loaners to your rotation.

Brent was awesome. He made us feel welcomed and that our business was important to him. He treated us with kindness and professionalism and went the extra mile for us. Our wait time wasn’t bad at all. We will continue to drive from Apollo Beach to get our vehicle serviced at this location simply because of Brent’s customer service.
