If this survey refers to the visit regarding the replacement of the window shield, the personnel was excellent and made the appointment for the technician to come and replace it. However , no one informed us that the appointment had to be postponed, and my husband stayed home for nothing. He called you, to find out that someone should have called him. :)The technician came on the next appointment and did an exceptional job.

Austin deliver a great customer experience. He was very polite, professional and helpful.

The wait timeframe provided by the service department is always accurate and they do a good job to get the vehicle in & out as quickly as possible so the customer can get back to work. Thanks!
