BJ was great. He was super helpful and tried to find solutions for a very expensive part that needed replacement. Unfortunately there weren’t any that were reasonable but I appreciated BJ’s efforts. The five stars are for him. Otherwise, I’m really disappointed that a sensor replacement on a car that was bought at the dealership and been well maintained at the dealership has a faulty sensor that apparently is $10K to replace. Feels like an Infiniti problem especially since it appears to be a known issue. One star for this. It’s all a bit ridiculous.
