My advisor Robert “Bj” was a great guy who explained everything to me and kept me updated on my vehicle while it was getting looked at. Again great guy amazing service from him

I came in for an oil change about a week ago and was assigned a different service manager tan normal. I told him that the passenger side parking sensor was acting up. 2 1/2 hours later I was still at the dealership they told me there was no problem with the sensor but they had reset the system. When I drove off the lot it was apparent it was not fixed so I came back a few days later and just drove in to the service receiving area, with any appointment. I walked over to Eddie, who has been my service manager for more than 20 years. Eddie diagnosed the problem in the receiving area without even needing a service technician He told me the sensor was bad and he knew there was not one in stock so he ordered one for me so that I would not waste any more time. Why couldn’t the first person handle things the way Eddie has always handled it. Professionally and with unbelievable courtesy.
